SYMPOSIUM INFORMATION

A symposium is a themed group of papers that is submitted as a single proposal.  It usually includes a symposium chair to introduce the session and a discussant who responds to the session overall.

A symposium abstract includes an overview of the symposium theme and rationale, and an abstract for each paper included.  Symposium proposals are reviewed by the identified relevant SIG.

The standard length of a symposium is 90 minutes for up to 4 papers, plus the discussant, or 120 minutes for 5 or 6 papers, plus the discussant. The Program Committee reserves the right to adjust the time provided, subject to programming availability.
